Occupy May 12th

I have created this animation for the Occupy London movement. I have tried to use the same simple
techniques, animation and presentation that are used in modern day advertising, but to promote a message that opposes those currently being promoted through most advertisements.
I only had one week to create this video working entirely alone.

I'm doing some freelance work on a storyboard for a film and these are some of the designs I did as part of my pitch for the job:

opening scene for Tesla rough animatic (1st 13 seconds only)

The opening scene for an animatic I am creating on After Effects. In this scene Nikola Tesla is born during a lightning storm and has his body fused with electricity. The finished animatic will be used to pitch this idea as a 5 minute detailed animated film. This is the 1st 13 seconds of the animatic only, the video continues for longer but only 13 seconds of it is done. Enjoy :)

Here are some videos of my band The Feathers performing live outside St Paul's cathedral as part of the protests and also live at 12 bar Denmark Street. Our first two gigs since telling Adam Ant to stick his degrading record deal offer and leaving The Good, The Mad and the Lovely Posse tour to make music the way that we want to and not just parade around in our underwear! ‎Do not judge lest ye be judged' doesn't mean you will be judged by a man in the sky if you judge others...it means if you judge people for being poor, disabled or anything else...you create a society of judgement towards these things. You do it under the assumption that you will never be in that position, but you're wrong. One day you might end up in the same position as someone you once judged, and because of the society you contributed towards, you will feel ashamed to be in that position and others will judge you for being in that position too. So wake up to your own humanity next time you notice the imperfections of others. Peace.

My first attempt to make a human looking hand using Autodesk 3DSMax and Photoshop. I was uner a bit of a time restriction so didn't have time to fully correct the fingers but I'll be working on it more.
