The opening scene for an animatic I am creating on After Effects. In this scene Nikola Tesla is born during a lightning storm and has his body fused with electricity. The finished animatic will be used to pitch this idea as a 5 minute detailed animated film. This is the 1st 13 seconds of the animatic only, the video continues for longer but only 13 seconds of it is done. Enjoy :)

The Billion Word Song
the billion word song
My first 3D animation, using Autodesk 3DS Max:
When time, space and gravity shoot out in differing directions, you are left observing them all from differing angles; physical feeling gravity pull you one way, time pull you another and the infinite vastness of space pull you in yet another. Everything has always existed and everything always will, if you can place yourself out of the present you become enlightened to our infinite history and future; we are all one, we have all been each other and we will all always be each other. The vibrating atoms that made up the dinosaur dispersed and made up the rest of the world until they eventually made our ancestors and now us.
Does our DNA hold the memories of the universe? Does it hold the key to understanding our history, our future, and our existence? Does it, as nobel prize winner and pioneer of the discovery of the DNA double helix Francis Crick claimed, hold stored information from an alien race which we initially stem from? Can the information and secrets it hold be accessed by present day scientists? They can already record 100 word songs onto E.Coli DNA....or does it take a psychological disparity to awaken us to it, such as LSD or DMT? Can these things also help us to access the memories held by the water which makes up 70% of our bodies?

miniclips
two mini clips I made, one to say thank you to a friend's mum for knitting me a beautiful scarf, and one for my lovely boyfriend's birthday:
Heidi Licious
This brief involved creating a storyboard for the 'worst job ever'.
I chose to focus on a man who enters a bar after he's finished work, only to be drugged by the barstaff, dressed as a transvestite named Heidi Licious and forced to live in a box, only ever let out to be paraded around nightclubs as an attraction. I was inspired by a real transvestite that I met in Soho, who had such an expression on his face as to only be explained by this story.
